Enable 3D Printed Prosthetic Hand
Our 3D printing special interest group has been printing a hand for a boy on Maui. We have made tremendous progress, and have a few working prototypes.
A donor generously donated a printer for us to use to build the hand, and we have it calibrated and printing pretty well, producing a couple of hands, including our popular Hulk Hand!

AINA (Automated Information on Nature Attributes)
is a field laboratory built on the Intel® Edison IoT platform. The acronym, “AINA”, references the a Hawaiian word for land or place.
We built a proof of concept re-configurable field lab kit that can collect environmental data. It runs on battery/solar, completely offline, which allows remote placement of the platform.

TV Heads (Arduino Night Build)
One of our members made some really cool Halloween costumes using Neopixels and an Arduino. This was a really cool build with a lot of components and the outcome was outstanding.
Michael was a big hit at the Lahaina Halloween Party on Front Street.
